Alan Ilagan Says "Thank You"

Several weeks ago Alan Ilagan mentioned that he was a contestant in a Best Dressed Man contest for the capitol region of New York State. So I mentioned it here on my blog and encouraged readers to go vote for him. Well, Alan won! He wanted to say thanks to those of you who voted for him. I think Alan's keen sense of style made him a shoo in, after all the above pic proves he is a real fashion 'plate'.
