Kirk joins Beau and Max in my series of Natural Beauties that began with the ponderance, are human males the more beautiful of the two sexes? As with the males of numerous other species, are men peacocks? Most societies celebrate the aesthetics of the female form over that of the male, so why is it women who wear makeup and perform a myriad of other rituals just to look prettier? If men did the same, would they be considered equally as beautiful? Or perhaps they don't because it simply isn't necessary.
