I know some folks equate "artistic" with somber and quiet moodiness, but sometimes art should tug on other emotions, after all we humans have a full range of them. You can even make a statement and be thoughtful in a visual that includes playfulness and whimsy (and a touch of erotica). That's pretty much where I'm coming from and what I'm trying for in my current work.
