With the last few weeks spent cutting mats, framing, and packing everything up to deliver to the gallery (on Monday), I am finally working on a new piece. It's going very smoothly. Maybe all that creative energy I've accrued is just happy to be uncorked. Here's part of the outline sketch I made 3 weeks ago. I'll put up pics of the actual pastel in progress soon. I may have it done in time to frame and bring to the show as well. The opening reception of "Iconic" is only 2 weeks away!
